Obamacare’s Commerce Clause and Medicaid Funding – Unconstitutional

Many unsuspecting people feel betrayed by Judge Roberts and his ruling today. Please learn to read between the lines. As a professional investor part of my success has been to be greedy when others are fearful and Fearful when others are greedy. Take this for what its worth

1)Chief Justice Roberts today ruled the mandate, relative to the commerce clause, was unconstitutional. In plain English, Congress can’t compel American citizens to purchase anything going forward. This poorly drafted in respect to the commerce clause notion is now dead and buried,given it is ruled unconstitutional.

2) Because what is stated above , Obamacare is solely funded by its ability to tax someone. Obama called it a penalty and not a tax and Roberts said it is clearly a TAX. When the attorneys who argued this case said it is either a tax or penalty ,Roberts in essence said “ok fools it is a tax” The law now defined by the Supreme Court is Obamacare is funded by a tax

3) Also let’s look at medicaid funding,The only way the Feds can tell the state how to run a program is if a state decides to take the medicaid funding. However if an individual state refuses to take the money, the federal government can’t “strongarm” the state by yanking other funding. So if the states with republican governors are not”blackmailed” into participating ,how can we have national health care? We can’t now can we? Roberts is no dummy.lol

4)Roberts showed support for the states rightspart of the constitution by limiting the federal government’s strongarm tactics. He ruled that the government can not force the people to purchase products or services under the commerce clause which invariably was the true essence of Obamacare

5) And instead of riots the liberal media trumpted this as a huge win while folks who could”ignore the noise” bought stocks on the cheap. I was not able to say this publicly today as my”paying customers” needed to “get the word” first

Why did Roberts do this? He didn’t like what Obama did to him in the state of the Union and his implied threats after oral arguments of Obamacare

Now the”Blamer in chief” can’t use the Supreme Court as a bogeyman. But the Right now will use this as rallying cry. Roberts of course will admit none of this and saying his decision was “all about the law”

Reminds me of when someone tells me its “not about the money”. Yeah sure.lol

My message to Mr Obama and other politicians. Don’t chase it if you can’t kill it . Getting into a battle of wits with someone smarter,more devious and powerful than you are is not only unwise but foolish and can cause your political demise

Kind of like making fun of the person shaving your Pubic hairs before surgery

Obamacare’s TRILLION Dollar Tax Increase on the 99%

While the left yells this is a victory for Obamacare and the right did not get the entire law struck down as hoped, let’s take a look at a few goodies Justice Roberts just gave the GOP other than a HUGE get-out-the-vote increase in November:

1. Obama LIED about Obamacare being a massive Tax Increase

2. Congress cannot REGULATE our lives via the Commerce Clause like Obama said

3. the 99% that Obama has lied about saying he is protecting, he just increased our taxes by the most EVER in US history …..

4. Because the Medicaid enforcement on the states was ruled Unconstitutional, Congress has to go back and re-write parts of this bill and then take another vote on the re-written portions…. how well do you think THAT Is going to turn out???

5. With the SCOTUS ruling that the Commerce Clause usage in this bill as Unconstituttional, rather it is a massive TAX INCREASE…… it now will ONLY take 51 Senators to overturn the law -v- the 60 it would have required if it were based on the Commerce Clause

In short, Justice Roberts did the GOP a huge favor come November…. now get your a$$’s out and vote Obama and the Democrats OUT OF OFFICE………..
