Trayvon Martin was Unarmed? Not According to the FBI’s own Stats

A 17 year old in Utah punched a referee in the face during a soccer game in May 2013 resulting in the death of the referee based on ONE punch to his face. One punch to the face to a 48 year old man by at 17 year old ended the 48 year old mans life.

At first, authorities thought Portillo suffered only minor injuries from the assault.But after he was taken to a hospital, doctors discovered he had suffered serious internal head injuries, police said.

“The incident brings to mind a similar attack in the Netherlands in December.

In that incident, police charged two 15-year-olds and a 16-year-old who beat a 41-year-old linesman during an amateur soccer game.

The linesman’s son was playing in the game when the incident occurred — and witnessed the attack.

The linesman, Richard Nieuwenhuizen, fell into a coma and died the next day.”

I am hoping , that as you read the above paragraph you were not asking “what does this have to do with Trayvon and the FBI”, but if you were please let me elaborate:

Every new outlet and Trayvon supporter scream that “Trayvon was an unarmed kid”, which is not the case. He was 17 years old, like the individual above and was punching George Zimmerman in the face as well as smashing his head in to concrete; the end result for the 17 year old above is that his ONE punch ended a 48 year old mans life.

You do not have to have a knife, gun, brick, pipe, etc. in your hands to be considered holding a weapon, for as I pointed out above – one hit to the wrong place on a persons face or head can end their life.

Another case-in-point: Kermit Washington, during a  Lakers v. Houston Rockets game, punched Rudy Tomjanovich in he face so hard – with ONE punch – that he not only ended his basketball career but he almost ended his life. “Tomjanovich, who crumpled to the floor, almost died that night of injuries that were akin to being thrown from a car going 50 miles per hour”

Tomjanovich was in no condition to fight despite his aggressiveness; besides having the bone structure of his face detached from his skull and suffering a cerebral concussion and broken jaw and nose, he was leaking blood and spinal fluid into his skull capsule. His skull was fractured in such a way that Tomjanovich could taste the spinal fluid leaking into his mouth.He later recalled that at the time of the incident, he believed the scoreboard had fallen on him.The doctor who worked on Tomjanovich said “I have seen many people with far less serious injuries not make it” and likened the surgery to Scotch taping together a badly shattered eggshell.

As for the FBI – every year the FBI compiles criminal reports based on the crime, offender, victim, location, race, gender and weapons used. One noted area, under murders alone is the one listed as Weapon: “Hands, Fists, Feet, etc.” used to murder people. Within this, since 2007 an average of over 750 people have been murdered via another persons hands, fists, feet, etc.

Therefore, to claim that Trayvon was an innocent 17 year old with no weapon is ASININE at best!

The Pro Choice Fallacy of Women’s Health and Late Term Abortions

Signs that Read: “Keep the Government out of My Vagina!” or “Keep your hands off my Uterus!”

Fair enough, then:

“Keep your Vagina out of our Wallets/Purses/Checking Accounts/Paychecks!” or, “Keep your Uterus’ Away from OUR Tax Dollars! ”

You cannot have it both ways, wherein you YELL and vandalize to keep the government out of your health care but DEMAND the government to fund your health care.

Aside the less than <2% who have late term abortions due to the mothers health, what exactly is the justification for permitting a “fetus” that is 6+ months in to gestation and is VIABLE when born; what exactly is the justification for “Gosnelling” this “fetus” (I would use the term baby but arguing this is FUTILE with people who claim to be the more intelligent party and Pro Science – just futile)?

Define Gosnelling? Kermit Gosnell is the doctor in Pennsylvania who was found guilty of delivering several BABIES who were ALIVE before he stabbed them in the back of the neck to kill them.

In 2011, Gosnell, alongside various co-defendant employees, was charged with eight counts of murder resulting in part from gross medical malpractice in treatment of patients at his clinics, as well as several lesser offenses. The murder charges related to a patient who died while under his care and seven newborns said to have been killed after being born alive during attempted abortions. In May 2013, he was convicted on three of the murder charges and chose to waive his right of appeal in exchange for an agreement not to seek the death penalty. He was sentenced instead to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

My point here is NOT to debate the religious realm of abortions as I am the last person to step in between another persons conscience and their God; BUT, when you start demanding the government and congress get out of your vagina’s or your health care and the next sentence you DEMAND the government and congress fund your health care, at one point is it okay to call you a hypocrite?

Any why exactly is society responsible for paying for a CHOICE act by a woman who demands that HER CHOICE be recognized?

Is there a VALID reason why one cannot seek an abortion before 5 months gestation? I am just curious why this cannot be done within 5 months other than the mothers health, which AGAIN is less than <2% of all abortions.

Does it not concern the PRO CHOICE crowds who demand these abortions be performed like people use toilet paper, does it bother anyone that the vast majority of abortions performed, based on their population within the American society are performed on blacks and Hispanics?

Fact #1. Black women make up LESS than <7% of the US population yet they account for almost 40% of all abortions.

Fact #2. Hispanic women make up LESS than <9% of the US population yet they account for over 25% of all abortions.

Fact #3. The vast majority of ALL Planned Parenthood clinics are FACTUALLY in minority neighborhoods.

Fact #4. Margaret Sanger’s purpose for Planned Parenthood and the “unfit” ? Sterilizing blacks!

On blacks, immigrants and indigents:

On the rights of the handicapped and mentally ill, and racial minorities:
“More children from the fit, less from the unfit — that is the chief aim of birth control.” Birth Control Review, May 1919, p. 12

Here is some new legislation that should be passed:”Her Body, Her Choice, Her Tab” Act

Cutting off all government funds for abortion and birth control, as well as declaring that no man shall be held liable for child support unless he signs the birth certificate within 72 hours of a child’s birth.

Only exceptions to the “Her Body, Her Choice, Her Tab” Act should be in the rare cases of the mothers physical health or rape/incest, which makes up less than 4% of all abortions. This should also come with a clause that the doctor has to report the health risk, or in the case of rape/incest there must be a police report filed, DNA taken and the money for the abortion will be paid via the Victims Assistance Funds.

As for the FALLACY that Planned Parenthood provides crucial mammograms for breast cancer and other alleged screenings to help women – let’s dissect:

Having a test for cervical cancer is a personal expense.The Outlaw Congress has NO authority to steal the fruits of your labor to pay for one.

Last year (2010), [Planned Parenthood] was illegally given $363 MILLION BORROWED dollars stolen from we the people. Yes, borrowed dollars because the congressionally created “national debt” was slightly over $13 TRILLION dollars. As stated in a press release by Concerned Women for America: “That’s almost one million dollars per day Americans are spending to prop up a leftist organization with profits of $63 million.”

Here’s my question… NARAL stands for National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League. “Abortion” is right there in their title, so it’s obvious what they focus on. I’ve had [people] telling me in my email[s] today that “federal law prohibits tax dollars from going to performing abortions… the money that PP gets goes to other services!” Okay… then why are “abortion rights” people freaking about defunding something they say PP gets no money for?

The fact is that money to Planned Parenthood is money to Planned Parenthood. If our tax dollars help meet the bottom line on one side of their business they’ve got extra resources for another side of their business. So yes, taxpayers do help subsidize abortions. Planned Parenthood knows it, NARAL knows it, Harry Reid knows it, Nancy Pelosi knows it and Barbara Boxer knows it. That’s why they’re freaking out so much over it.

Does anybody really believe Dems are going crazy over pulling money for Planned Parenthood to perform women’s cancer screenings that are already covered by the Obamacare law? This is about abortions, no matter what Harry Reid says.

 

And I now await the rants about helping the poor in our society. Therefore I ask, define poor.

If I look towards Africa, or Russia or Mexico POOR people do not have $15,000 – $40,000 cars they drive to the welfare office. In those countries, POOR people do not have iPhones or iPods; in those POOR homes, people do not have washers and dryers in their homes or cable and internet; in those POOR homes, people do not have TVs in multiple rooms, computers or microwaves.

In 2005, the typical poor household, as defined by the federal government, had air conditioning and a car. For entertainment, the household had two color TVs, cable or satellite TV, a DVD player and a VCR. In the kitchen, it had a refrigerator, an oven and stove, and a microwave. Other household conveniences included a clothes washer, clothes dryer, ceiling fans, a cordless phone, and a coffee maker. The family was able to obtain medical care when needed. Their home was not overcrowded and was in good repair. By its own report, the family was not hungry and had sufficient funds during the past year to meet all essential needs.

The overwhelming majority of Americans do not regard a family living in these conditions as poor. For example, a poll conducted in June 2009 asked a nationally representative sample of the public whether they agreed or disagreed with the following statement: “A family in the U.S. that has a decent, un-crowded house or apartment to live in, ample food to eat, access to medical care, a car, cable TV, air conditioning and a microwave at home should not be considered poor.” A full 80 percent of Republicans and 77 percent of Democrats agreed that a family living in those living conditions should not be considered poor.

So I ask again – define poor by a REAL Standard because if you can afford your monthly cable and internet bill, then you can afford health insurance.

The poorest American is richer than 80% of the world.

You want poverty, go to Calcutta or Rio or rural China. But don’t call someone with cable TV, a cell phone, internet access and a heated and air conditioned home, poor. They’re not.

Back to the abortion pinata – just another means of keeping a certain population down while allowing certain segments of the government to keep certain segments of the population enslaved on its government plantation.

HONOLULU, Oct. 17, 2008 –

Gov. Linda Lingle’s administration cited budget shortfalls and other available health care options for eliminating funding for the program.

A state official said families were dropping private coverage so their children would be eligible for the subsidized plan.

“People who were already able to afford health care began to stop paying for it so they could get it for free,” said Dr. Kenny Fink, the administrator for Med-QUEST at the Department of Human Services. “I don’t believe that was the intent of the program.”

Hawaii lawmakers approved the health plan in 2007 as a way to ensure every child can get basic medical help. The Keiki (child) Care program aimed to cover every child from birth to 18 years old who didn’t already have health insurance — mostly immigrants and members of lower-income families.

It costs the state about $50,000 per month, or $25.50 per child — an amount that was more than matched by HMSA.

State health officials argued that most of the children enrolled in the universal child care program previously had private health insurance, indicating that it was helping those who didn’t need it.

The Republican governor signed Keiki Care into law in 2007, but it and many other government services are facing cuts as the state deals with a projected $900 million general fund shortfall by 2011.
