Treyvon Martin’s Criminal Past/Past Behavior = 100% Relevant for Court

TM Classless

There have been some who have argued that Trayvon Martin’s past behaviors, behaviors as recently as the week before the shooting, should be called into question during the trial. with some of those being the very same race baiting hustlers who can do NOTHING aside using the race card to get what they want.

A hearing next week will decide if the information can be used at the trial for George Zimmerman, who is charged with fatally shooting the unarmed 17-year-old last year during a confrontation at a gated community in Sanford. Prosecutors want the negative evidence omitted, but Zimmerman’s defense attorney said if they try to portray his client as the antagonist and Martin as the victim, he wants to show the jury that Martin has talked about fighting before.
“If they had suggested that Trayvon is nonviolent and that George is the aggressor, I think that makes evidence of the fighting he has been involved with in the past relevant,” said Mark O’Mara.

There is no doubt Trayvon punched Zimmerman; police photos, EMTs, doctors and the medical examiner all state that Zimmerman was physically assaulted at the hands of Trayvon Martin.

So, it begs to question WHY is Trayvon Martin’s violent past NOT relevant to this court case? Martin’s violent past, drug habit, disrespect for his mother, disrespect for school all show a pattern and therefore are 100% relevant for the court case at hand.

The Medical Examiner found drugs in Trayvon’s System – yes, this is relevant to his behavior at the time, his past known behavior and what could have aided in triggering Trayvon to attack Zimmerman first.

Six weeks earlier he wrote a text about problems at school involving a fight:

‘I was watcn a fight nd a teacher say I hit em. (sic)’

You know me well enough by now, which is that I am no fan of either establishment party, though sadly I did once in the past, play the game of the "Lesser of Two Evils", for which was tragic. Both seek absolute power, through their own self righteous perceptions of "morality", bastardizing the true concept of the founding of this country and the framing of the US Constitution. Clowns to the Left and the incessant need to control by bigger government while spending us into oblivion; Jokers to the Right and the incessant need to control by religion while spending us into oblivion. Oddly, both are the main two tenets for the founding of the country and framing of the US Constitution - Limited Government and Freedom From Religious Persecution & Religious Zealotry. The point here is that Trayvon Martin was always a thug and Zimmerman’s account of the confrontation is entirely credible. That being the case, WHY is Zimmerman being tried? The answer is easy. Martin was black and was “unarmed” and people are scared to death that if Zimmerman is set free, there’ll be racial uprisings among blacks who think it’s “unfair” that he was killed instead of Zimmerman.

his past is irrelevant to the circumstances at the time of his death. what, there was some petty theft and weed in his past? and? so what!? and i grew up with white rednecks who ALL took photos with and of their guns, and more often than not they were accompanied by dead animals that they themselves had killed. if a police officer shot them while they were unarmed i’m sure no one would think anything of the photos that they had posted. that to say, if this kid was white those photos would just seem silly… because he’s black they’re taken seriously. he was just a kid. he was innocent. if a police officer profiled me and came at me for no reason i would want to kick his ass too. they have no business doing that, that isn’t protecting and serving.
