States that are Fighting Obamacare — 18 and Counting…

As of April 6, 2010, 15 States have now filed suit against the newly signed into law Government Run Health Care. A law, mind you that forces citizens to purchase a product simply because they are breathing.

The new laws set forth by the bill require all citizens to have coverage, and by 2016, failure to do so will result in a fine of more than $2,000 for a family.

The better question is why are states like Massachusetts and Tennessee not filing yet? Both have “state government run health care” and both are facing HUGE financial difficulties. Mass. is being sued for failing to render proper payment to doctors and hospitals for their services, payments they cannot pay because the money is not there.

Even more outstanding is California. I mean, how on earth are they going to pay for this when they are already in the hole with IOU’s? That’s right; other states will have to fork over money for that corrupt and bankrupted state— “my bad”!
